In each episode, we will zoom in on a residential estate where our two rival artistes will pit against each other to garner help from the residents to form their own "dream team". Each team will then embark on the task of decorating a 8 to 10 feet tall structure into an art piece within a given time.
The winning art piece will then be decided by votes from MPs, arts professionals, as well as residents staying nearby.
两名主持人，各自找来一名〝达邻〞，帮忙在该区寻找10名组屋居民加入队伍。每队要在限时内以各种材料装饰一尊大型雕像。每集的雕像不一样，但都是一些可以代表新加坡的标志／物件，如狮子、椰树和胡姬花等。比赛结束后，该区居民、议员和美术专家们会进行投票，选出优胜队伍。
